Volunteers at Community UCC's periodically take turns to deliver soup to the Times Center. For details, click on the link (to left).

Are you interested in sponsoring the Altar Flowers for a week or two? There are openings available on the sign up sheet right outside the Library. Find a date and sign up! Then you can drop a check for $25 in the offering plate marked with "Altar Flowers" on the memo line. If you wish to remember a loved one or honor someone, be sure to put that information on the Flower Chart so that we can print it in that week's bulletin. Thanks for sharing and caring!

A list of all the Sundays February through March for Ushering or Greeting can be found in the teal notebooks on the credenza at the back of the Sanctuary. When you sign up, please fill in all the information requested. Thank you for being a part of the worship experience.

Dress warmly, bring your sack lunch and we will sit out on the northeast front stoop of the church. If you are interested in providing "gorp" or "trail mix", please drop it off in the church office. We will be providing campus ministry folk "food for thought". "Gorp" or "trail mix" will be offered to those passing by the church. These goodies will contain words of compassion for those suffering in Iraq.

The original "Narthex" or East Entrance of our building (before the addition) is now designated as the "Anniversary Alcove". The alcove serves at present for display of information and items of historic and current interest, including that of visiting Past Pastors, and members.

People are still needed to deliver the Community Supported Agriculture Shares every Wednesday. Shares can be picked up in Urbana from 5-7pm and then go out to Women in Transition and A Women's Place. We have written directions for each of these locations. Please contact the church office (344-5091) if you are interested.
