REPORT OF THURS DEC 12TH MEETING

A. GOOD TURN OUT -

			    but probably not attend meetings unless
			    specifically about incorporating the
			    Campus Ministry web pages under the CUCC URL) 

By the time everyone was in place it was a bit after 5:20 pm and we
finished about an hour later.... before 6:30 pm.

B. DECISIONS MADE -

  1. MOVING AHEAD ON INTERNET CONNECTION AND NEW OFFICE COMPUTERS

	Terri and Scott Bush are actively working on replacing the 
	office computers.  Presumably any new software packages will be
	such that Terri will be able to easily create and upload items
	such as the Communigram, Schedule, to the website.

	Terri will order the DSL after first consulting with McKinley
	people about their system and what level of service they have.
	If it is easy to change/upgrade later, then we will start small.

	Any wireless system is temporarily on hold: it might be added for
	the office-area later if desired, feasible, and affordable.

  2b) TARGET DATE FOR FIRST WEB-SITE PRESENTATION TO CONGREGATION IS MAR 9
      during Adult Sunday School at 9 am

  3. COMMUNIWEB REPORT FOR ANNUAL MEETING

    	We did not discuss this at the meeting but Lanie will draft and 
	circulate something soon for editing and then submit revised report to
	TERRI - when is it due?


C. COMMUNIWEB:  Presentations, discussion, and further action to be taken
	
  1. PHOTOS - Ryan

	This is on-going; Ryan is completing the Staff photos soon 
	and will be taking photos of the Youth Choir Musical during their
	9 am rehersal this Sunday morning.

	HOME PAGE - see items 3 and especially 4, below

	STAFF PAGE - needs "STAFF" heading at the top and to upload
		Ryan's photos when they are available.
