UCC Young Adult Service Communities

Are you looking for employment this summer that will change you and the community you work for? The UCC is taking applications for the SUmmer Young Adult Service Communities program. There is both a summer-long program as well as a 11-month program.

•       Community Living
•       Hands-On Justice Advocacy/Service Opportunities
•       Leadership Development
•       Faith Conversation that links local and global mission issues

A national network of service communities hosted in local churches for adults between ages 19-30 (summer) and 21-30 (year-long).  Coordinated through UCC Volunteer Ministries, Wider Church Ministries

Open to applicants of all faith backgrounds.

Housing, health insurance and stipend for food and incidental expenses are provided.  Participant may qualify for a part-time AmeriCorps Education grant.
