Women's Fellowship
Who we are The Women's Fellowship of Community United Church of Christ is open to all women in the church, offering opportunities for service, study, and fellowship. It is a long-standing churchwomen's organization which selects and financially supports its own projects. Community UCC Women's Fellowship is part of the UCC Eastern Illinois Association "Sunrise Cluster" Women's Fellowship and Church Women United. What we supportThe Women's Fellowship provides financial support and participates in projects which include the following:
- Preparation of soup for the TIMES Center
- Delivery of Meals on Wheels
- UCC Student Foundation
- Church Adult Library
- African AIDS Orphans projects
When we meet The Women's Fellowship meets on the second Thursday of the month from September through May. The theme for 2004-2005 is "Exploring Our Mission: Fellowship, Service, Education, Inspiration".

 During the October 2003 meeting of Women's Fellowship at the church, Jan Wilson read exerpts from one of the Harry Potter books and described how different Christians view Harry Potter . There was a lively discussion on the interpretation of "symbols" in literature.
